I have had two cars worked on here at Browns. (Toyota Avalon and GMC van) Both times they have been promt with estimates. Everything is made clear and itemized. I was able to pick the services I wanted done and to pressure to have more work done than what I took the car in for. They are fast and do quality work. Will use them in the future for sure.

I have taking my car in for service twice already and they are phenomenal, friendly just a great place to have your car fixed.

Always gives us exactly what we need with no frills and none are needed. Personable, informative, accurate. Yearly check up with oil change, tire rotation, and 'computer check up'. All that is required to keep us running smoothly!

I brought in my vehicle for a local diagnosis and comparison vs what I was quoted from "a name brand store". After listening to my concerns, they performed a diagnosis for a reasonable price and came back to me with just an alignment and wheel rotation which solved the problem 100%. NOT all the stuff and large sum of money the other store wanted. Their honest opinion and expertise got me back on the road quickly and without headache. I recommend them 👌🏻

All of our cars are serviced here. Three Volkswagen, Nissan, and Chevrolet vehicles all get worked on at Brown's. Quality work is always done. Great service and communications.

I consider them friends they don’t overcharge they don’t overestimate they remind me of Safeway and really try to have really good customer service I recommend using them for everything automotive.

Robin At Brown’s Automotive was excellent to work with. He was quick to respond when I left my car there and fix the problem in a very timely manner. I looked for an Acura certified mechanic and they did a great job. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I just had a radiator flush and refill plus a rear differential service on my 2018 Mazda Miata MX 5. At Browns Quality Automotive Service Great job done, I highly recommend Browns Professionalism and quality of work.. i give Browns a five star rating..

I can’t say enough…broke down driving from WA to Idaho and pulled into Browns. Even though they were booked & very busy they immediately got my jeep in to look at and did everything they could to get me back in the road. They were so kind and helpful. If I lived local this would definitely be my go to place. They are awesome!

The people here were super helpful and friendly! I had a leak in my trunk and they diagnosed and fixed it for a great price. Definitely recommend.

Check engine light was on and needed oil. I was able to leave my car before they opened and pick it up after they closed. I paid via an electric invoice. Super easy for a work schedule that makes it hard to be there during business hours.

Had a starter issue. Got the car towed at 11am, and was done by 4pm the same day. Forthcoming with costs and costs half as much as getting the same work done at the dealership. These guys rock.

Great Service! Brown's recently did a power steering fluid flush and fill on my Infiniti G37 Coupe. They started on my vehicle right as soon as I arrived. I waited there in the lounge, while they worked. Convenient. Service was completed very quickly and at a competitive price. I'll definitely be back next time I need work done. Highly recommend.

Everyone was so nice and welcoming, all of the pricing was up front and no surprise charges. And the work is beautifully done, I had my engine light turning on and off randomly and as soon as I got an oil change. No more issues with the engine. A great place made up of great people.

I’ve taken my vehicle to Brown’s automotive twice over the past year and a half, and I’ve had nothing but good experiences. The first time I took my Jeep in, it was for squeaky brakes, and the second was to be my seat belt fixed. Each time I have gone there, they have fixed my car in the same day. I felt the fees were reasonable compared to other dealerships in town. It was super easy to schedule an appt by booking online, and when I arrived at the shop, the staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable. The customer service is great!

I have been with Browns over 20 years. He has taken care of our Volvo and 2 different suburbans over the years and kept them running. Robin understands a customer’s situation and recommends accordingly. He helped me get to 251k miles on my suburban, and just put in a new transmission to hopefully get me to 500k lol Seriously, I recommend him highly, and several friends switched to him as well. Also, I have NEVER had to have a repair re-done. His work is skilled and his business thrives because of his commitment to customers. I’d rather find a new doctor than have to replace Robin
