I had a very stressful situation with my car, they saved me and got me back on the road! Tears of joy were cried.

It took a while, but the car was fixed that has run well. Unfortunately, something else has come up so back I come.

They do excellent work, they have always made availability for me, always pleasant to work with. They communicate very well, I don't think I would ever take my car anywhere else! Very trustworthy and honest

Customer service is sub par.

The Browns are an amazing power duo who are frank, straightforward, and very open to answering my many questions. I was in the market for a used car, and have been having so much trouble just initially wading through all the scammers. When I finally found a car that seemed like a reasonable buy, I took it here for a pre-purchase inspection. I am new to the area, and just didn't have any recommendations for a good local mechanic. I found this shop via Google. I came a bit earlier than the seller to resolve the payment, as well as ask my many questions about tips and tricks for the buying process, as well as huge red flags. They were so patient, very attentive, and didn't sugar coat their words. I was able to pay without an issue for the inspection, and they were nice enough to accommodate and send the report via email and offered to call me to discuss results later in the day, as I had to get to work. They were very straightforward about what they can look at with the inspection, what they probably wouldn't as there was no reasonable way to do it, and gave me advice on info to ask the sellers. Ultimately, I did not buy the car I brought to the shop, as I got estimates on how much it would cost for general maintenance that the seller told me had supposedly already been done. Definitely dodged a bullet!

Good service. They were able to get our SUV in on short notice. However, they did forget to secure a radiator hose clamp. I was able to find it quickly and to secure it myself, no harm done. Even with that, we will use them again. Thanks.

I needed a new rack and pinion with tie rods and browns hooked it up! They were super quick and effective with the replacement. Awesome company and always willing to help answer questions, 10/10 customer service and work! Definitely recommend this company for any repairs!

My family has been very lucky to have Browns as our go to mechanic. They are always 100% honest with the work they do on your vehicle and are truly a God-send. I was told by another shop that I had a grocery list of issues with my back brakes, that would have cost me hundreds in repairs, I knew something wasn’t right so I took it to Browns and *surprise* nothing was wrong with it! As a Woman, taking your car in can be nerve wracking because you never know if you’ll be taken advantage of. I will always put my trust with Browns to take care of not only my car, but me too. Back in April of this year, Brown Quality Automotive repaired my car after I was involved in an accident. The customer service is AWESOME! They did great work and I had my car back within 15 days. My car insurance provider and been calling different shops within 20 miles for over 3 weeks of where I lived and they were all saying I would have to wait 8-12 weeks before they could work on my car, which was unacceptable. My son reminded me of Brown Quality Automotive. I called and asked if I could on their appointment list to get my car repaired. I was immediately told they only had 2 cars in the shop and they were customers of my insurance company! They picked up my car within 48 hours.

My car looked like brand new money when I picked it up. I’m truly grateful for Brown Quality Automotive because I was able to go back to work! Thank you.

Thank you to Brown's Automotive for helping me out today! A warning light came on my dash letting me know my tires needed air. There were no air machines available at nearby gas stations so I whipped into Browns to see if they could help me. They were super helpful -- checked and corrected my tire pressure so I could get on my way! Their kindness made the difference between a frustrating morning and a really nice morning!!

I brought my Volvo in to get brakes. They inspected the brakes and I was told they didn’t need to be replaced. There was NO FEE for the inspection! This is the second time I’ve brought my Volvo to them for major services and have been extremely happy. I’ll continue to use Brown’s for my automotive needs.

6-24-2022: Robin and his crew are the best! I brought in my 2012 Ram 1500 4X4 which I thought had a fuel pump issue. Robin, do to his troubleshooting on this problem found the issue. It was not the fuel pump but the TIPM module which houses the relay for the fuel pump to run. The modules are not available, until possibly almost 2 months, maybe. Here I am thinking I am out of a vehicle for work for who knows how long. Well Robin did more research on the issue and through a good source found a fix for this problem. He was able to bypass the relay and install a new relay kit. I guess this issue has been around for a while with some Chrysler/Dodge vehicles for a few years. The fix would usually need the entire module replaced. Well with that said he called me back and said I have a fix to get you back on the road, I was so grateful to hear that. I picked up my truck today and it ran like a champ thanks to Robin and now I am back on the road. Robin went the extra, extra mile to get my vehicle running, I don't think allot of places would have gone as far as he did, he is awesome, and so is his crew! I have been a long time customer at Browns and would never take my vehicle anywhere else, they are professional, highly skilled, honest and most of all really great people!. The owner/manager refused to take any money from me. It's easy to think that this type of neighborly and even good samaritan service doesn't exist anymore. But Brown's proved that it does indeed.
