Had a starter issue. Got the car towed at 11am, and was done by 4pm the same day. Forthcoming with costs and costs half as much as getting the same work done at the dealership. These guys rock.

Great Service! Brown's recently did a power steering fluid flush and fill on my Infiniti G37 Coupe. They started on my vehicle right as soon as I arrived. I waited there in the lounge, while they worked. Convenient. Service was completed very quickly and at a competitive price. I'll definitely be back next time I need work done. Highly recommend.

Everyone was so nice and welcoming, all of the pricing was up front and no surprise charges. And the work is beautifully done, I had my engine light turning on and off randomly and as soon as I got an oil change. No more issues with the engine. A great place made up of great people.

I’ve taken my vehicle to Brown’s automotive twice over the past year and a half, and I’ve had nothing but good experiences. The first time I took my Jeep in, it was for squeaky brakes, and the second was to be my seat belt fixed. Each time I have gone there, they have fixed my car in the same day. I felt the fees were reasonable compared to other dealerships in town. It was super easy to schedule an appt by booking online, and when I arrived at the shop, the staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable. The customer service is great!

I have been with Browns over 20 years. He has taken care of our Volvo and 2 different suburbans over the years and kept them running. Robin understands a customer’s situation and recommends accordingly. He helped me get to 251k miles on my suburban, and just put in a new transmission to hopefully get me to 500k lol Seriously, I recommend him highly, and several friends switched to him as well. Also, I have NEVER had to have a repair re-done. His work is skilled and his business thrives because of his commitment to customers. I’d rather find a new doctor than have to replace Robin

Extremely grateful to this team for truly listening to my concerns & inspecting my car thoroughly! I had taken my Corolla to MasterTech for an 8am appt- they blew me off until closing time and diagnosed a glazed belt. I knew this wasn’t true and booked an appointment at Brown’s. They took the time to really look at my car and determined it was a transmission auto. Thank you for the honesty.

Nice people and fair price

Service was fantastic and timely. It was really refreshing to talk to a honest mechanic and customer service was great also. I like the fact that they were to get all OEM parts. I will definitely be a return customer for sure

I have been using Brown's for the last 6 or so years. You can trust their recommendations and job pricing is fair. Due to my distance from their location, I have used a few other shops including factory service. Each time I did, I was frustrated and should have gone to Browns. I trust Brown's and will drive the distance from now on. Just an FYI, I don't typically leave reviews but Brown's is worth the time it takes!

Browns is the best! Replaced the spark plugs and gave it a tune up. Runs 100% better! This is my go to guy for auto repair!

Robin was very straight forward and helpful. I had a strange sound coming from my brakes and he was honest about them still being in good shape and the options I had. He even found why my air/ heat stunk when it turned on! New cabin filter did the trick! Overall felt very comfortable and confident that Browns would take care of me. Will be taking my car back all other maintenance!

I've been doing business with Browns Automotive since he opened. He's worked on my 2003 tacoma and my 2010 Rav. We've always felt Robin was straight forward and honest with his diagnosis for repairs needed. Never have I ever felt he was adding things that didn't need to be done. Recently I had dropped off our Rav4 with a front-end noise his repairs where done quickly and at a fair price. I can recommend Browns Auto to anyone with confidence of a good outcome
