After inheriting a 2001 Chevy 2500 HD with 156,000 miles, it was evident the vehicle needed a little attention. Brown's did a thorough assessment and aided me in selecting the best bang for my buck fixes. After the care Brown's provided, it seems the truck has quite a bit more life in it. Thank you Brown's.

Amazing! I used to take my Audi to the Audi shop over by the PDX airport. They tried over charging me and what they were going to fix wasn’t the problem. Browns found the problem same day and charged me a reasonable price. Amazing service, I will take my Audi here every time!

I was highly impressed with my entire visit to Brown's. I had recently bought a car for my daughter and was worried I had been scammed. Robin took time to talk with me and reassure me that I had a good used car. As a woman, I often feel unseen in auto shops and even taken advantage of. I had none of those feelings here. Brown's is now going to be my first choice for repair shops going forward.

Brought my wife’s 2019 Honda Pilot in for the 105k service which includes timing belt, water pump and spark plugs. They were much cheaper than the dealership and completely open and honest. I came across some information online about this service and some people recommended having the valves adjusted at this time. I asked the mechanic at Browns about this and he said he doesn’t recommend it. He said he has done dozens of these services on these cars and never once did he perform a valve adjustment as they just don’t need it. I truly appreciated his honesty knowledge in this matter. Browns has gained a new faithful customer!

I had a recurring check engine code due to a failed sensor. The new sensor Browns installed was faulty but they honored their warranty and found a better quality sensor without trying to upsell me on more repairs. After a few years worth of repairs, I’m confident Brown’s is an honest, high quality repair shop.

In my experience, it’s often difficult to find an honest and reasonably priced auto mechanic. Thank goodness a friend recommended Browns to me. They have always done a great job at a fair price. And always less money than the local dealership. Most importantly, I trust their diagnosis and quality of work. We will be back for all our future repair needs.

I consider Brown’s Automotive to be one of the best finds we’ve had since moving to Vancouver! It is easy to schedule an appointment and they have always been quick to get the work done. This is especially nice, since I have to wait. The chairs in the waiting area are comfortable, by the way!They are competitive in pricing, have always been honest and reliable.I trust Brown’s completely with my 2015 Lexus hybrid.

Recently, I had to have our truck towed because it wouldn’t start. I called Browns Automotive and they were very accommodating and took the truck. They diagnosed the issue and called back within a day. They fixed it promptly. I felt like they were very thoughtful and cared about not only fixing my truck, but also pointed out a couple small things to keep an eye on. I trust this shop and appreciate their service.

I needed to get a quick assessment of a transmission issue for my Lincoln Mkc. I found Browns and made an appt for day after my search. They got my car in, diagnosed the problem and fixed it before the end of day! I don’t remember the last time I had service that quick or thorough. My husband now wants to take his truck to Browns. I appreciate Robin and the team!
